The open plan living and dining with expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows is located on the ground level of Villa Néve. Relax in comfort year round with a combustion fireplace and reverse cycle heating and cooling. Just off the main living area are full kitchen and laundry facilities plus an extra powder room. You also have use of a private balcony with BBQ and outdoor table setting.
Ground level also boasts our oversize master bedroom with ensuite, combustion fireplace and juliette balcony. Up the stairs up to the first level you will find a large second bedroom with juliette balcony and third bedroom with skylight to gaze up the beautiful pine trees on the hill above. The main bathroom with full bath is also located on the first level.

This lovely house absolutely *made* our stay in Queenstown. The description was spot on; the house was very clean and tidy and has a fantastic welcoming feel. It was very snug on the cold nights but could be opened up on the warm days to really soak in the atmosphere. On the quiet side of town, halfway between Queenstown proper and the airport. Mike and Danielle provided good directions and feedback on questions. Recommended.

Take State Highway 6A to Goldfield Heights
Turn right onto Goldfield Heights (at Goldridge Resort)

Head north-east on Ballarat St
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto State Highway 6A
